We had rented a van for our travel to Puebla this week. It has been a God-send! We were able to stop whenever we needed to on the way there and back. HUGE with four children and a mom with a small bladder. My dear husband let me do most of the driving because he knows I love to drive! Most of the roads we were on were tolls. They are really fantastic roads. The signs are what are confusing. :) We had a few adventures on side roads and a few turn arounds, but God really protected us and gave us a good trip. At one particular point we were driving through some tremendous traffic, and I didn't hear a peep out of my kids. I am thankful for their good behavior during most of our travels. I thought I would include the above picture to give you a feel for the driving structure here. :) All in all, I have to say that most Mexican drivers are polite and much more patient than Chicago drivers.
