This was one of the squares in the city. There were all kinds of little shops around the fountain. Nathaniel enjoyed chasing the birds.

The people of Guanajuato LOVE color! Their houses are painted all shades of beautiful bright colors. By the way, that is a road that cars drive on, not just an alley.

There are many tunnels under the city, and most of them are one way street for traffic and pedestrians.

The kids taking a little stop and Union Garden in the Historic Center of Guanajuato.

These women were sitting outside an ancient Catholic church which is futured below.

The inside of the church was incredibly ornate!

This is the front of that old church.

We were looking around and we started to hear a bunch of church bells. It was around noon, but the bells chimed past twelve. We decided to look inside the church. There was a wedding going on. This is just one shot of the inside of the church that is pictured below.

This is another Catholic church. I forget the name of it, but it is right across the street from the university where we will be taking the Spanish immersion courses. We will continue to get pictures and post them here and on the Catalyst Web Site.
