This new year has been filled with interesting twists so far. A dear friend of mine from many years ago contacted me this past week, telling me that she and her husband will be here in Colorado Springs this coming weekend! They live in Canada, and it has probably been over 12 years since I have heard from her! I am ecstatic for the chance to reconnect. I had dreamed of her being in my wedding, and our friendship was filled with so many fun memories. It just feels like a dream to know I will be seeing her in a week!
I am thankful for these greatly unexpected treats!
