On the same day that Robbie was going to Medieval Times on a field trip, ShaeLynn was on a field trip to the High school for an all district 5th grade track meet. Kris went with her since he has track experience! She placed in both the long jump and in the relay that she did. It just happened to be one of the hottest days we have had here this year, and one of the girls from her class was taken by ambulance to the hospital for dehydration issues. Several other kids were also out of the meet for that, but not as serious! I am thankful that Kris was able to be there with her helping to remind her to stay hydrated and to see her compete!
