General Update

I have some pictures from a teaparty the girls had right before school started, and the first day of school pictures that I mean to post soon. I have been feeling overwhelmed since I started a medical terminology class on August 28th. Part of the issue is that I am extremely competitive academically. That means that I strive for perfection in the class, and when you are memorizing a hundred words a week, perfection means lots of study time. :)

I am at a great place in my life right now. All of my kids are in school all day. I am trying to make good breakfasts during the school week. We had been having cereal every morning, but Robbie is growing and eating two or three bowls of cereal, which is just too expensive. So I am looking for creative breakfast ideas, especially ones that can be made the night before.

I am also trying to find more time to connect with my girlfriends. Relationships take time and energy, and I am enjoying the chance to spend a little more time now without it taking away from my family time. :)

This coming week is going to be very busy too. We have our annual mission's conference, Worldfest. Kris has been working on powerpoints for the worship services, graphics for the brochures, and overseeing the printing of shirts. Half way through the conference, our coworker, Andrew Brown is going to join us. We are really looking forward to his visit. If you read this and think of us, you could pray for us to be able to balance the needs of the kids with the responsibilites of school and activities of this mission's conference.
