Each year two of our kids get to celebrate with a party and friends for their birthday. This year is girls year, so we told ShaeLynn she could invite four friends to have a party with her. There is a little place down the road that lets you paint pottery and then they fire it for you. So we went to do that. It was such a fun birthday, and not very expensive! We have been trying to give the kids an experience for their birthday instead of a gift.
