For the past month, there has been a major reconstruction project going on the road outside our subdivision. It is kind of ironic that that portion of the road is actually very nice, but now it is down to one lane. There are signs letting us know that this project is made possible by congressman so and so. I wonder if he ever drove this road, and why he would think that was the area that needed work.
Yesterday our neighbors told us that they had given the men working a map showing them where the waterlines are. But true to Murphy's Law, today the line was broken, and we are waterless. We have no idea how long this will go on for. It could be several months or several days. Please pray with us that perhaps it would just be a short term thing. It is hard to run a household of six for long without water.
