We thought you would find it interesting that as of today, Halloween is officially a holiday this year. It was interesting to Kris and I to receive a scanned copy of the signed document this evening which was signed earlier today by the President. We find it amazing that this scanned document was able to reach us in less than twenty-four hours! Nothing else (in this country) to this date has been accomplished in so little time. Connecting to the internet could take weeks, and getting a land line phone can take months.
